Product Specific Questions

The parts are made out of all natural high quality plywood that is nice to the touch. It is sufficiently durable.

No - all the parts are already cut and all you will need to do is press them out of the board. They are connected with small cross pieces.

However, if you have some difficulties to remove a part, just cut a crossbar with a knife.

Yes, you can paint it. We recommend to use watercolor, gouache or mordant. You can use acrylic paints, but a thick layer can interfere with the mechanical gears working.

We definitely can say that a child of 14 years old can assemble our models alone. However, children above the age of 6 should be able to assemble it with the help of an adult. 

We think it would be a valuable and enjoyable experience for both the adult and the child in assembling the models together!



Each kits should contain all the parts you need and even some spare parts. However, in case, you need extra ones, please, feel free to contact us at spareparts@woodocity.com.


We would ask you to provide us with your postal address, the list of the required parts and the photos of the corresponding board or detail. The Woodocity team will send the requested spare parts to the address provided in your e-mail free of charge in an envelope by post. So you can complete your model. 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "track your order" section on your account page on the website.


We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered" ,then we cannot accept any edits to your order.


To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.



You can purchase on our website using a credit card such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.


We additionally offer support for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.


You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

We currently only support charging our customers in USD.

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to 48 different countries.

For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through e-mail to support@woodocity.com.


Once you've placed your order, it usually takes24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is approximately 7-14 Business Days, depending on the country you are located in. However, during holidays and the COVID-19 situation, this shipping time may be extended.

We are definitely working hard to get you your order, so please be patient!


Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States - 8-14 Business days

Canada, Europe - 8-15 Business days

Australia, New Zealand - 8-15 Business days

Central & South America - 10-20 Business days

Asia - 8-15 Business days

Africa - 15-30 Business days

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Deliveries in Europe may have to pay custom taxes

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.
